Are there volume discounts?

Yes. If you purchase between:
10% off when purchasing 24-49 garments
20% off when purchasing 50+ garments

Is there a difference between patient pricing and physician office pricing

Yes, patients will pay a patient direct fee of 50%

How many garments do I need?

Most patients prefer at least two, as the first garment usually gets stained after surgery.

How can I get a printed copy of your catalog and/or prescription pad for my patients?

Simply email us at catalogs@esmedical.com to receive one in the mail.

What if something arrives damaged?

When you notify us, we will replace the item or give you a refund. Our carriers are fully insured, so you have no risk.

What happens when I place an order online?

First, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order was received, then ES Medical will process your order and ship it to the address you specify, usually within 24 hours.

How will my merchandise be shipped?

Fedex ground (3-6 business days), Fedex 2nd day, or Fedex next day
